Lori is a former manufacturing executive from the boating industry. A rare find, a female executive in a male dominated industry, she reached the highest levels, attaining national awards, sitting on the industry's Manufacturers Board of Directors, and being recognized as an innovator in the industry. With a change in ownership of the company she was leading, it was time to embark on a new adventure and try new things. With a bold leap of faith, Lori made the shift to real estate. She chose real estate so that she can assist people by simplifying what has traditionally been a challenging process to buying and selling properties and allowing her the flexibility to manage her time and allow her to the opportunity to control her own destiny.

With over 20 years’ experience in contract negotiations, customer relations, and a strong business acumen Lori quickly excelled to the top in her first year of real estate.

She used her skills to develop and a grow a large team by breaking down the process of how she became a top agent into easily understood and simple to follow steps.

Lori has coached hundreds of individuals in a large variety of markets and is passionate about helping people grow and perfect their careers.

In her free time, Lori enjoys spending time with her husband, their children, grandchildren, her parents, and many family friends boating, fishing, and just about anything outdoors near her Lake Vermilion, MN lake home.

With managing hundreds of employees and raising a large family, Lori is confident that she brings to her customers the down to earth know-how that will help everyone to achieve their goals.
